 Your customers are the heart beat of your business. It is your job to keep them coming back and also bringing in new customers. A good way to do that is to go above and beyond the needs of your customers. I used to be a server and my tips depended on me keeping my guest happy. When I did things the customers did not expect, like running outside to give them their to go box they left on the table, it really showed them I cared and kept them coming back again and again. Here are a few tips that you can use to make sure your customers are wowed every time and will keep them coming back. 

 

Anticipate the Needs of Your Customers
Know what your customer want before they know. By anticipating the needs of your customers, they will have a near perfect experience with your company that will put you ahead of your competitors. Having the type of shipping they want would be a good example of this.

 

Superior Customer Service
Impress your customers and jump ahead of the competition with a high level of customer service. Resolve all customer questions and concerns quickly and with care. This will show the customer that they are not just an order, but actually someone your business cares about.

 

Customer Specials
Show those repeat customers that you really care. Send them coupons or specials that will discount their next order. Show them that you appreciate their business by giving something back to them. They will thank you by coming back and also spreading the word about your business.
