Free General Support
Description
Support staff will take phone calls, chats, and e-mail messages for free on a first-available basis for those who qualify for free support.

Who qualifies for free general support
- Registered users of Cart32 (those who have purchased a Cart32 license within the past year).
- Cart32 hosting customers (those who host their cart with Cart32).
- Trial version users (those trying out Cart32).

Who does not qualify for free general support
- Cart32 license owners that purchased Cart32 over one year ago.
- Customers who get Cart32 provided by their web host.
You must use one of the free online support options above, contact your web host for support, or purchase support.

Support Plans
Per Incident Plan
Cart32 Per Incident Support is available for purchase for Cart32 users who do not qualify for Free Support or have special support needs not covered under Free Support. Per Incident Support can be purchased on a per hour basis.

Annual Plan

Extended Plan
