Client Not Found

If you receive the error Client Not Found it means one of three things:

  1. You have a typo in your client code. Verify your form code or URL has the proper client code and try submitting your request again
  2. You are pointing to the wrong domain for your cart request. For example, your client resides on http://www.Cart32HostingRed.com/cgi-bin/cart32.exe/test-itemlist, but you are sending to http://Cart32.com/cgi-bin/cart32.exe/test-itemlist
  3. The final possibility is your Cart32 hosting provider has not set up your account yet. If you are working with a new account this might be an option to check on
