Note: This article is about error 13 as it pertains to Cart32. This is not the same for the Form Wizard, Frontpage, and Dreamweaver addins.
Error 13 is extremely rare with Cart32. So far there is only one isolated case where this can happen, it is described below:
- On Add To Cart. If two cart clients are sharing the same products database this error can occur if the fields are not mapped exactly the same in each client. If you find yourself in this situation, simply log into each clients administration and go to the Products –> Setup Product Link tab. From there, compare the field mappings and make sure they are identical.
