Error 3021

This error occurs when Cart32 attempts to read a record from the database that doesn’t exist. Here are some possible solutions to the problem:

  1. Missing Plus table entry. In older installations the Plus table wouldn’t always load a default record for the client. To fix this simply log into your Cart32 Administration and go to the Enterprise –> Run External Script tab and click Save.
  2. Run VerifyDatabases. Sometimes a record cannot be accessed because the table is new and your installation has not updated the database schema.
