Error 3043

This error is rather generic, but is shown when a problem accessing the disk happens. This is normally not a problem with permissions on files/folders, but rather a problem reading or writing to the disk. Here are some possible solutions when this happens:

  1. Check disk space. If the disk where Cart32 files reside becomes full you will receive this error.
  2. Check quota usage. If your server uses quote management, check the quote usage for the IUSR accessing the Cart32 files.
  3. Check paths, especially to network locations. Check all paths that Cart32 access (within the CGI-BIN) and also check the Windows TEMP directory. Also, if you use any networked locations or mapped drives (for template files, logs, etc) be sure they are properly configured and connected.
