The Store Manager password can be reset through the administration control panel. Once, logged in, there is a Change Login link either on the main menu or under the Settings menu.
If you are locked out of the administration, you will need to edit the Store Manager database to reset the password (MS Access is required).
- Either through FTP or directly on the server, download or locate the database file (db.mdb) under the /admin/db/ folder.
- Open the database file with MS Access, open the Settings table, clear the adminauth field for the password (and optionally the adminemail field for the login), and save the database changes.
- If you used FTP, upload the database back its original location.
- The next time you go to the Store Manager login page, you will be prompted to enter a new login email and password.
