Free General Support

The support staff will take phone calls, chats, and e-mail messages for free on a first-available basis for those who qualify for free support.

You qualify for free general support if you are a:

  • Registered user of Cart32 (you've purchased a Cart32 license within the past year)
  • Cart32 hosting customer (you host your cart with Cart32)
  • Trial version user (you are trying out Cart32)

You do not qualify for free general support if you are a:

  • Cart32 license owner that purchased Cart32 over one year ago
  • Customer who gets Cart32 provided by your web host

Paid Support Plans

Per Incident Plan

Cart32 Per Incident Support is available for purchase for Cart32 users who do not qualify for Free Support or have special support needs not covered under Free Support. Per Incident Support can be purchased on a per hour basis. This plan is $49.95/incident.

Per Incident Support is ideal for:

  • Customers who get Cart32 through a reseller.
  • Registered users of Cart32 & Cart32 hosting customers with special needs.

Annual Plan

The Cart32 Annual Support plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase and includes the following: Cart32 support (via chat, email, and phone). This plan is $99/year. Per Incident Support can be purchased on a per hour basis. This plan is $49.95/incident.

Annual Support is ideal for:

  • Customers who get Cart32 through a reseller.

Extended License Support Plan

Cart32 Extended Support plan is valid for one year from the date of purchase and includes the following: Cart32 support (via chat, email, and phone), Cart32 license upgrades (if applicable), installation of the Cart32 software, installation of a Cart32 software upgrade, database repair, cart checkup, and priority support.

Extended Support is ideal for

  • License Holders of Cart32 (customers with a Cart32 license over one year old)

Additional Support Options

In addition to Cart32 Support Plans, we also offer a variety of services to assist our clients with some common tasks, like upgrading, shipping setup, and payment methods. Most of these services do require an additional charge, but some of them are included in the Cart32 Extended Support Plan.

Cart32 also offers the ability to install / upgrade Cart32 for you on your servers for $49.95.
