Terms & Conditions

• Prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted in US Dollars, unless otherwise stated herein.
• Prices are based on customer's eligibility and subject to vendor approval.
• All items proposed are FOB origin and freight is prepaid and added to the invoice unless included in quoted prices.
• Unless otherwise noted, the fees in this Quote are exclusive of all taxes and Client shall pay any sales, use, goods and services, consumption or other tax and any duties or tariffs that may be assessed. Client shall provide Team D3 with certificates of exemption or similar documentation required to exempt any transaction from any such tax liability. Client is responsible for obtaining and providing Team D3 with any certificate of exemption or similar document required in exempting any transaction hereunder from any such tax liability.
• Unless otherwise stated in this Quote, standard payment terms for products and subscriptions are net 30 days after the invoice date, subject to credit approval by Team D3.
• At Team D3's discretion, advance payment may be required in certain cases.
• Any past due amounts may be charged interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law. Client agrees to pay any and all of Team D3's costs of collection including, without limitation, collection agency fees and attorneys' fees incurred by Team D3 if the account is placed with a collection agency or attorney, whether or not suit is filed.
• Team D3 reserves the right to cancel customer order and RMA product in event of customer non-payment.
